Housekeeping & Guest Preparation

• Maintain guest apartments, reception areas, and outbuildings to a high standard.
• Prepare bedrooms and living spaces ahead of owners’ and guests’ arrivals.
• Manage laundry operations, including washing, ironing, wardrobe organisation, and dry-cleaning arrangements.
• Monitor household inventories and ensure adequate stock levels of supplies.
• Assist with meal preparation when requested.
• Handle grocery shopping and other household purchasing requirements.

Estate & Grounds Maintenance

• Maintain the landscaped areas surrounding the château, including mowing, pruning, watering, and seasonal gardening tasks.
• Care for the kitchen garden, terraces, outdoor furniture, and recreational spaces.
• Oversee swimming pool maintenance and cleanliness.
• Ensure fountains and other estate equipment remain in excellent working condition.
• Carry out minor maintenance and repair work as required.

Property & Vehicle Management

• Maintain a fleet of five vehicles, including cleaning, servicing follow-up, and general upkeep.
• Provide driving services when requested.
• Monitor the security of the estate and report any issues promptly.
• Assist with the care and supervision of the family’s two dogs when necessary.

Reporting Structure

• Report regularly to the Estate Manager and Estate Butler regarding completed tasks, maintenance needs, and operational matters.
