• Ensure the general upkeep and supervision of the estate.
• Carry out light gardening duties, including watering and routine maintenance of outdoor areas.
• Perform minor repairs, maintenance tasks, and basic handyman work.
• Prepare the residence ahead of the family’s arrivals and ensure everything is operational.
• Manage inventories and monitor household equipment and supplies.
• Coordinate and follow up on service contracts and maintenance providers, including internet, air conditioning, and technical systems.
• Oversee the smooth functioning of the property throughout the year.

Housekeeping & Hospitality (Partner 2)

• Maintain the residence to exceptional housekeeping standards.
• Ensure all living spaces remain clean, organised, and welcoming.
• Prepare fresh, healthy, and balanced meals for the family.
• Create varied menus inspired by Mediterranean cuisine, with Greek influences particularly appreciated.
• Enhance the atmosphere of the home through attention to detail, floral arrangements, table presentation, and elegant décor.
• Anticipate the family’s needs and contribute to a seamless hospitality experience.
