• Prepare guest and family bedrooms before each visit.
• Handle all laundry duties, including washing, ironing and wardrobe organisation.
• Monitor and replenish household and cleaning supplies.
• Purchase groceries and household essentials when required.
• Prepare home-style meals during the family’s visits.
• Provide table setting and meal service.

Grounds & Estate Maintenance

• Care for courtyards, pathways and outdoor living areas.
• Maintain gardens, vegetable plots and orchard.
• Perform seasonal gardening tasks including mowing, pruning, planting, watering and weeding.
• Remove leaves, branches and other green waste.
• Oversee swimming pool maintenance, including water quality and filtration systems.
• Ensure waste management is carried out efficiently.
• Prepare the property for winter closure and reopen all systems each spring.
• Carry out general maintenance and minor repair work.
• Maintain gardening machinery, tractors and maintenance equipment.

Property & Estate Management

• Welcome deliveries and receive parcels.
• Supervise external contractors and monitor completed work.
• Carry out regular inspections of the estate.
• Coordinate with the remote security monitoring company.
• Operate and manage alarm systems.
• Report regularly to the property owner.
• Provide chauffeur services when requested.
• Maintain company vehicles and monitor servicing schedules.
