Estate & Grounds Management

• Maintain lawns, gardens, and landscaped areas through mowing, pruning, weeding, and seasonal care.
• Ensure pathways, terraces, gates, and fencing remain clean and well maintained.
• Oversee the swimming pool and outdoor leisure facilities.
• Carry out minor maintenance and repair tasks around the property.
• Organise and supervise external contractors and service providers when necessary.

Housekeeping & Hospitality

• Maintain the interior of the residence to an impeccable standard.
• Manage cleaning, laundry, ironing, and wardrobe care.
• Prepare the property ahead of the family’s arrivals and departures.
• Handle grocery shopping and household supplies.
• Provide table service and assist during family gatherings or occasional receptions.

Property Supervision & Security

• Monitor the estate and act as the primary contact during the owners’ absence.
• Manage deliveries, visitor access, and general property security.
• Oversee alarm systems, heating installations, and other technical equipment.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the family regarding the property’s condition.

Occasional Child Supervision

From time to time, the couple will be asked to provide a reassuring and responsible presence for the family’s three children, aged 7, 17, and 18, when the parents are away. This responsibility is supervisory in nature and does not involve tutoring or formal educational duties.
