Family Cooking

• Prepare the principal’s daily meals in line with his individual nutritional programme and performance-focused dietary requirements.
• Create nutritious, varied and appealing meals for the entire family while respecting each person’s specific preferences.
• Prepare fresh, balanced and age-appropriate dishes for the two young children.
• Adapt meals according to the wife’s tastes and any changes requested by the family.
• Maintain consistently high standards of food quality, freshness, hygiene and presentation.

Menu Development

• Design a detailed weekly menu for the household and present it to the wife for review and approval.
• Incorporate feedback and make adjustments to ensure the menus remain varied, enjoyable and aligned with the family’s requirements.
• Monitor dietary restrictions, allergies, preferences and nutritional changes.
• Demonstrate flexibility when schedules or meal requirements change at short notice.

Kitchen & Household Coordination

• Take responsibility for food purchasing, ingredient sourcing, stock management and kitchen supplies.
• Select fresh, high-quality ingredients in accordance with the family’s standards.
• Work closely with the nanny and housekeeping team to coordinate meals with the family’s daily routines and children’s schedules.
• Keep the kitchen organised and ensure all cooking equipment is clean, functional and professionally maintained.
• Maintain a discreet and efficient presence within the private household.
