Job Description

A private client based in Versailles is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant / Property Manager to support both their daily life and the management of several residences across France.

This role combines personal support with property coordination, making it ideal for someone who enjoys balancing administrative responsibilities with hands-on involvement in multi-property environments. The successful candidate will act as a trusted point of contact, ensuring that all logistical, administrative, and operational aspects of the client’s lifestyle and properties run smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all travel arrangements, including flights, trains, transfers, and related logistics.
  • Manage reservations for hotels, restaurants, and private engagements.
  • Oversee calendar management and ensure efficient scheduling of appointments and commitments.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including email management, document organization, and invoice tracking.
  • Conduct online research to support travel planning, services, and lifestyle needs.
  • Maintain structured filing systems and ensure proper record keeping.
  • Supervise the administrative management of property structures (SCI).
  • Oversee the management of a vehicle fleet, including insurance, servicing, and documentation.
  • Coordinate the day-to-day operations of multiple residences in France, including properties on the French Riviera and in Haute-Savoie.
  • Ensure each property is maintained, prepared, and fully operational at all times.
  • Liaise with on-site staff to coordinate property readiness and household organization.
  • Support the organization of private events, dinners, and receptions (guest coordination, table setup, service providers, etc.).
  • Monitor rental activity for selected properties and ensure smooth guest turnover.
  • Act as the main point of contact for contractors, suppliers, and external service providers.
  • Coordinate maintenance work and follow up on interventions across properties.
  • Organize logistics related to moving personal belongings between residences.

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience supporting a senior executive, working within a Family Office, or managing multiple private properties.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently.
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a hands-on approach.
  • Comfortable traveling when required.
  • Proficient with basic administrative tools (email, Word, online platforms, etc.).
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and respectful of confidentiality at all times.
  • Fluent in French; English is a plus.
  • Comfortable in a household with pets (2 dogs).
  • Valid driver’s license required.

Working Conditions

  • Role: Personal Assistant / Property Manager
  • Location: Versailles (78), France
  • Start Date: Immediate
  • Contract: Full-time permanent contract (39 hours per week)
  • Working Hours: To be defined

Salary

€3,900 to €4,500 gross per month, depending on experience
