• Prepare daily meals including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks for a small family household.
• Provide additional meals for household staff as scheduled.
• Prepare meals for visiting family members and private gatherings when required.
• Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and nutritional balance across all dishes.

Menu Planning & Dietary Management

• Design weekly menus aligned with family preferences and dietary guidelines (no pork, no alcohol).
• Focus on healthy, balanced, and varied cuisine.
• Adapt menus for special occasions, guests, and events.

Kitchen Operations & Hygiene

• Maintain a spotless, well-organized, and fully compliant kitchen environment.
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Oversee proper storage, labeling, and rotation of all food items.

Inventory & Cost Control

• Manage pantry, refrigerator, and freezer stock using FIFO principles.
• Monitor expiry dates and food quality.
• Handle grocery shopping, budgeting, and supplier coordination.
• Track expenses and maintain accurate records of purchases and monthly costs.

Household Coordination

• Coordinate with household staff and drivers for logistics between Ajman residence and Umm Al Quwain farm.
• Support smooth kitchen operations during family stays and events.
