Log inAn influential HNW couple based in Dubai is seeking a Personal Assistant / Chief of Staff with a background in luxury yachting to oversee the seamless running of their private household and lifestyle. This pivotal role requires a dynamic professional capable of supervising a fully staffed residence, managing global travel, coordinating events, and delivering discreet, world-class service.
The position is ideal for someone with proven leadership experience in UHNW households who thrives in a hands-on environment, demonstrates foresight, and excels at problem-solving and organisation.
Household & Staff Leadership
Supervise and support household staff, ensuring efficiency and exceptional service.
Handle recruitment, onboarding, payroll, contracts, and scheduling.
Maintain smooth household operations, including property upkeep, service standards, and logistics.
Travel & Lifestyle Coordination
Arrange international travel, itineraries, visas, and accommodations.
Vet destinations, manage relocations, and oversee seasonal property preparation.
Handle packing, logistics, and personal travel support.
Event & Guest Management
Plan and execute private dinners, VIP gatherings, and large social events.
Coordinate catering, décor, entertainment, and guest arrangements.
Finance & Administration
Manage household budgets, track expenses, and prepare financial reports.
Negotiate with suppliers and oversee procurement of goods and services.
Personal Assistance
Organise appointments, reservations, and personal errands.
Source luxury goods, gifts, and bespoke services.
Act as the main liaison with external providers, upholding strict discretion.
At least 7 years’ experience as Chief Steward/Stewardess on luxury yachts.
Previous land-based roles as Personal Assistant, Estate Manager, or Chief of Staff.
Proven success managing UHNW households with confidentiality and professionalism.
Fluent in English; other languages highly valued.
Strong IT, scheduling, and organisational skills.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
Flexible, proactive, and hands-on, with capacity to adapt to last-minute changes.
Able to manage luxury assets and maintain the highest standards.
Luxury single-occupancy accommodation (fully furnished, utilities included).
Annual flight to home country.
