Personal assistant
A distinguished client based in Paris is seeking an accomplished Chief of Staff / Personal Assistant to provide strategic, operational, and personal support at the highest level. This full-time permanent role requires a highly organized, resourceful, and discreet professional capable of balancing executive assistance with household management in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
The selected candidate will serve as a trusted right hand, ensuring smooth coordination of both professional obligations and personal affairs. This position offers the opportunity to work within a close-knit team while maintaining direct responsibility for sensitive, high-level matters.
Executive & Administrative Support – Manage a demanding agenda, oversee correspondence, draft reports, and act as a gatekeeper for all communications.
Event & Travel Management – Organize high-profile meetings, private functions, and domestic or international travel, ensuring flawless logistics.
Confidential Advisory Role – Handle sensitive information with discretion, anticipate needs, and resolve issues before they escalate.
Property & Household Oversight – Supervise household operations, vendors, and service providers while improving efficiency through new systems and processes.
Team Leadership – Coordinate and establish procedures for household staff, ensuring performance excellence and seamless collaboration.
Stakeholder Relations – Maintain strong connections with family members, partners, and key contacts, representing the principal with professionalism.
Bachelor’s degree or higher, with at least 3+ years’ experience in a similar Chief of Staff, Personal Assistant, or Executive support role.
Proven success working in demanding, fast-moving environments.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Fully fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
Tech-savvy, with mastery of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and Apple products.
Discreet, adaptable, and able to handle confidential information with absolute professionalism.
Contract: Full-time, permanent (CDI).
Location: Paris, France.
Schedule: 40 hours per week, with flexibility and occasional weekend availability.
Start Date: Immediate.
