Full-Time Nanny job (M/F) in Puerto Rico & Connecticut, USA

Location & Living Arrangements

• Primary residence: Puerto Rico
• Summer residence: Greenwich, Connecticut (May–August)
• Live-out preferred; live-in or separate housing assistance in Puerto Rico may be considered
• Housing stipend provided to offset local accommodation costs
• Willingness to live in during periods of the father’s travel is required (working hours unchanged)
• Private bedroom and bathroom provided in both locations
• Separate private entrance available at the Puerto Rico residence

Children

• Three children aged 10, 8, and 5
• All school-aged
• No known allergies

Schedule

Two possible schedule structures are available:

Option 1

• Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Option 2 (Split Schedule)

• Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Includes an unpaid mid-day break between morning duties and school pick-up (around 2:30 PM)

Typical daily flow:

• Morning routines, school drop-offs, household tasks
• Midday break
• Afternoon pick-ups, activities, dinner, bath, and bedtime

The role guarantees 40 hours per week, with flexibility in how those hours are distributed.

Travel

• Family resides in Connecticut during the summer months
• Occasional travel throughout the year
• Nanny expected to accompany the family on short vacations (typically one week)
• Holidays off to allow personal family time
