Connectez-vousA family of five, residing just outside Liège, Belgium, is seeking a skilled and adaptable Housekeeper to provide consistent household and family support. Working in close collaboration with the mother and the household team, the candidate will play a central role in the smooth running of the home.
This is a permanent, full-time position operating on a rotating schedule (one week on/one week off) shared with another staff member. Comfortable on-site accommodation is provided during working weeks.
Family Assistance
Support the mother in the daily organization of three children.
Manage daily routines, including meals, activities, and homework.
Prepare children for school outings, trips, and travel logistics.
Drive the children when required, especially on weekends.
Provide meal assistance and help with family routines.
Communicate in French with the team and in English with the children.
Ensure constant supervision and safety of the children.
Household & Property Support
Maintain living spaces with attention to cleanliness and organization.
Run errands, shopping, and small deliveries.
Assist with simple meal preparation, table setting, and service.
Follow internal household procedures for maintenance, supplies, and organization.
Provide occasional administrative assistance.
Step in for colleagues when needed, ensuring smooth teamwork.
Report issues promptly to the appropriate family contacts.
Adhere strictly to instructions, particularly for sensitive tasks.
At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role within a private household or high-end environment.
Energetic, responsible, and highly adaptable.
Strong sense of discretion, service, and anticipation of family needs.
Comfortable managing both childcare and household duties.
Excellent communication skills, both spoken and digital.
Fluent in French, with good English proficiency.
Valid driver’s license required.
Comfortable with dogs and pets.
Location: Near Liège, Belgium
Contract: Permanent, full-time (rotation schedule: one week on / one week off)
Accommodation: Provided during working weeks (with service vehicle for professional use)
