Connectez-vousA welcoming, multicultural family of four, two parents, their young daughter (1 year old), and an existing nanny, is relocating from Europe to Riyadh and is seeking a long-term live-in Housekeeper/Nanny. This role combines housekeeping and childcare, with a focus on maintaining a well-organized home while supporting the family’s primary nanny in caring for the child.
The incoming Housekeeper/Nanny will be joining a structured household and will receive guidance during the transition period. Candidates must demonstrate reliability, discretion, and the ability to adapt to the rhythms of a dynamic family environment.
Housekeeping
Ensure the home is always immaculate: cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and general tidying.
Care for all rooms, including bedrooms and bathrooms, making beds and keeping personal areas neat.
Maintain shared spaces (kitchen, dining, living areas) in excellent condition.
Handle laundry and ironing, with special care given to baby clothing, linens, and delicate items.
Oversee household supplies: grocery lists, stock management, and pantry organisation.
Clean and organise kitchen appliances, refrigerators, and storage spaces.
Cooking (advantage, not mandatory)
Provide occasional support with simple family meals or snacks.
Keep the kitchen orderly and hygienic after use.
Assist with food service when required.
Childcare Support
Assist with the care of a 1-year-old girl under the supervision of the family’s nanny.
Provide babysitting in the evenings when needed.
Cover childcare on the nanny’s day off (typically Saturdays).
Encourage healthy routines, safe play, and early learning activities.
Help with bedtime and evening routines.
Other Household Support
Run errands and manage small household logistics.
Assist in keeping the household organised and functioning smoothly.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
Based in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East preferred.
Training in nursing, childcare, or education highly desirable.
Proven track record in private households, hospitality, or similar roles.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and high cleaning standards.
Trustworthy, discreet, and respectful of family privacy.
Patient, kind, and calm personality.
Comfortable with flexibility and independent working.
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Schedule: 6 days per week, full-time, flexibility required
Accommodation: Private live-in housing provided
Contract: Permanent, long-term
