Housekeeping and home maintenance

• Clean and maintain all areas of the residence, including bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, and the kitchen.
• Carry out daily cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
• Perform periodic deep cleaning to maintain excellent hygiene and presentation throughout the property.
• Keep all rooms neat, organized, and ready for daily family use.
• Maintain the kitchen to a high standard of cleanliness, including cleaning surfaces and tidying up after meal preparation.
• Manage household laundry from start to finish, including washing, drying, ironing, folding, and storing clothing and linens.
• Keep wardrobes, cupboards, and storage spaces orderly and well maintained.
• Monitor household essentials and ensure cleaning products and other supplies are replenished when necessary.
• Receive deliveries and ensure household items are handled and stored appropriately.
• Notify the employer of any maintenance requirements or issues affecting the residence.

Meal preparation and household assistance

• Prepare simple meals and serve beverages when requested by the family.
• Assist with grocery planning, maintain shopping lists, and purchase household or food items as required.
• Complete occasional local errands related to the smooth running of the household.
