An experienced and detail-oriented Part-Time Housekeeper is sought for a distinguished private gentleman residing in a 2,400-square-foot apartment in Miami, Florida.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining an impeccably clean, organized, and well-presented residence, with particular attention to detail and the careful use of exclusively non-toxic cleaning products. Duties will also include laundry care, household organization, and occasional errands.

This opportunity offers an attractive rate of $60 per hour, with a regular schedule of 3–4 days per week. A reliable professional seeking a long-term position in a private household is preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the entire apartment, ensuring consistently high standards throughout.
Handle all laundry requirements, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens.
Coordinate dry-cleaning collections and deliveries as required.
Shop for groceries and replenish household essentials.
Keep living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and storage spaces clean, tidy, and well organized.
Use exclusively non-toxic cleaning solutions and products throughout the property.
Clean and maintain air purifiers in accordance with the required care instructions.
Monitor household supplies and ensure the residence remains comfortable, orderly, and well maintained.

Job Requirements

Demonstrable experience as a housekeeper in a private residence, ideally within a high-end household.
Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to cleaning and organization.
Practical knowledge of non-toxic, environmentally conscious cleaning products; this is an essential requirement.
A trustworthy, discreet, and dependable professional who respects household privacy.
Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, and maintain consistently excellent standards.
Previous experience in luxury apartments or high-end private residences is highly desirable.
A valid driver’s license and the ability to undertake local errands, including grocery shopping and dry-cleaning transportation.
