Housekeeping & Household Care

• Maintain all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and common spaces in immaculate condition.
• Ensure the residence remains organised, welcoming, and presented to a high standard at all times.
• Carry out daily cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, floor care, and surface maintenance.
• Provide specialist care for valuable furnishings, delicate materials, and luxury finishes.
• Manage bed linen changes and maintain guest and family rooms according to household standards.

Laundry & Wardrobe Management

• Handle all aspects of laundry, including washing, drying, ironing, folding, and garment care.
• Organise wardrobes and dressing rooms.
• Ensure delicate and high-value clothing items receive appropriate care and attention.

Household Operations

• Monitor and replenish household supplies, toiletries, and cleaning products.
• Manage grocery purchases, household shopping, and small errands as required.
• Receive and organise deliveries, parcels, and household orders.
• Oversee waste disposal and recycling procedures.
• Clean windows and perform additional housekeeping tasks when needed.

Service & Family Support

• Provide both formal and informal table service when required.
• Assist with the smooth day-to-day running of the household.
• Adapt to changing household priorities and occasional special requests.
• Travel with the family when necessary for short- or long-term stays.
