Housekeeping & Home Care

• Maintain bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, reception rooms, and other areas of the residence to an exceptional standard.
• Complete daily cleaning, dusting, polishing, sanitising, and general household upkeep.
• Carry out scheduled deep-cleaning duties as required.
• Make and refresh beds and ensure bedrooms are consistently presented to a high standard.
• Pay careful attention to finishes, furnishings, surfaces, and household details.

Laundry & Wardrobe Management

• Manage the family’s laundry, including washing, ironing, steaming, folding, and putting garments away.
• Handle delicate fabrics and luxury clothing with appropriate care.
• Maintain wardrobes, dressing areas, and storage spaces in an organised condition.
• Assist with the care and organisation of shoes, accessories, and personal belongings.

Family & Guest Support

• Prepare children’s bedrooms and family areas each day.
• Assist with household preparations before family arrivals and guest visits.
• Support the household team during private entertaining and family events.
• Pack and unpack luggage and assist with travel preparations.
• Monitor household supplies and ensure amenities are replenished when necessary.

Dog Care

The successful candidates should be comfortable working around a small family dog and assisting with basic daily care, including:

• Providing food and fresh water.
• Walking the dog when required.
• Supporting the family’s established pet routine.
• Maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for the pet.

International Travel

• Accompany the family to Europe and other international destinations when required.
• Maintain the same high standards of housekeeping while travelling.
• Prepare bedrooms, wardrobes, luggage, and living spaces in temporary residences.
• Adapt to different properties, locations, schedules, and household requirements.
• Remain flexible during periods of increased activity or family travel.
