Job Description

A private family of four residing in Palm Jumeirah is seeking a skilled and experienced Live-In Housekeeper to take full responsibility for the housekeeping management of their spacious 5-bedroom, 6-bathroom residence.

This is a team-based environment. The successful candidate will work alongside an existing housemaid and will play a key role in maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the home.

The household is structured and well-organized. The lady of the house oversees the main cooking, and occasional assistance with meal preparation may be required.

Responsibilities

Oversee and execute comprehensive housekeeping for the entire residence.
Maintain immaculate standards of hygiene and overall presentation.
Handle full laundry care, including washing, ironing, and garment maintenance.
Ensure bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, and living spaces are consistently maintained to a high standard.
Support with light food preparation when needed.
Manage household supplies and ensure proper stock control.
Coordinate effectively with the existing housemaid to ensure smooth daily operations.
Follow established household routines while maintaining professionalism and discretion.

Job Requirements

Previous experience in a 5-star hotel or private/VIP household environment.
Strong understanding of professional cleaning standards and high-end home care.
Experience working in large residences.
Team-oriented with clear communication skills.
Highly organized, detail-focused, and efficient.
Discreet, trustworthy, and respectful of privacy.
Open to candidates of all nationalities.
Available to start immediately.

Working Conditions

Live-in role with shared accommodation
6 working days per week, 1 day off
Visa, medical insurance, and flight ticket provided in accordance with UAE Labour Law

Salary

AED 5,000 – 7,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications
