Housekeeping & Interior Care

• Maintain the residence to an impeccable standard of cleanliness and presentation.
• Clean and refresh bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, reception rooms, and other living areas on a daily basis.
• Carry out scheduled deep-cleaning duties and seasonal household tasks.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, polish, sanitise, and care for household surfaces and furnishings appropriately.
• Make beds and ensure bedrooms are fully prepared and presented each day.
• Identify areas requiring additional attention and address them proactively.

Laundry & Wardrobe Care

• Take responsibility for the family’s daily laundry requirements, including washing, ironing, steaming, folding, and putting clothes away.
• Handle delicate garments, fine fabrics, and luxury clothing with appropriate care.
• Keep wardrobes, dressing areas, and storage spaces neat and well organised.
• Assist with the care and organisation of shoes, accessories, and personal belongings.
• Ensure clothing and household linens are maintained to a consistently high standard.

Family & Household Support

• Prepare children’s bedrooms, play areas, and family spaces each day.
• Assist with packing and unpacking before and after family travel.
• Support the household during guest stays, private entertaining, and family occasions.
• Ensure household amenities and supplies are replenished and report any shortages.
• Work cooperatively with other household employees to ensure smooth daily operations.

Pet Care

The family has a small dog, so candidates must be comfortable around animals and willing to assist with basic pet care, including:

• Preparing food and providing fresh water.
• Walking the dog when required.
• Supporting the family’s established daily routine.
• Helping maintain a clean and comfortable environment for the pet.

International Travel

The family travels internationally, and the Housekeepers must be willing to accompany them when required.

Travel responsibilities may include:

• Maintaining the residence to the same high standard while abroad.
• Preparing bedrooms, wardrobes, and living areas in different properties.
• Packing and unpacking luggage.
• Adapting to different residences, routines, and working environments.
• Remaining flexible during periods of increased activity and travel.
