Household Leadership & Operations

• Recruit, train, and manage household staff to uphold the highest service standards.
• Develop work schedules, allocate daily tasks, and supervise external service providers.
• Ensure exceptional cleanliness, maintenance, laundry, and overall service quality across the property.
• Foster a respectful, professional working environment, handling sensitive matters with discretion.
• Enforce hygiene, safety, security, and presentation standards throughout the estate.

Principal & Guest Liaison

• Act as the principal’s main point of contact for all household matters.
• Anticipate and coordinate the arrivals of the principal and guests, ensuring seamless stays and private events.
• Provide a bespoke service experience, tailored to individual preferences and needs.

Financial & Vendor Management

• Oversee household budgets, payroll, purchasing, inventories, and stock control.
• Monitor operational costs and service performance with the use of reports and tools.
• Manage the selection, coordination, and evaluation of external contractors, ensuring quality and cost control.

Service Excellence & Standards

• Establish, refine, and implement service protocols and operational procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement across all aspects of household service.
• Ensure adherence to environmental best practices, including sustainable products and waste management.
• Work in close collaboration with the technical and maintenance teams.

Seasonal & Hands-On Support

• Provide operational support during peak seasons, ensuring smooth transitions between tasks.
• Oversee the upkeep of the estate’s facilities and household linens.
• Assist with meal service and bespoke hospitality arrangements as required.
• Manage food and non-food provisioning.
