We are currently seeking a flexible Domestic Couple/Caretaker Couple to oversee the upkeep of a 600 sqm architect-designed home for a young family of three living in Lyon.
We are looking for a couple who can work well together and handle multiple tasks efficiently. This is a full-time permanent position that is available for immediate start, and accommodation will be provided.
Vacancy duties and responsibilities
- General cleaning and domestic tasks
- Family laundry and ironing
- Making beds
- Running errands and various purchases
- Preparation of simple family meals
- Informal table service
- Property surveillance
- Taking care of 2 dogs
- Driving when required
- Basic DIY and miscellaneous repairs
- Managing external service providers (obtaining quotes, etc.)
Profile requirement
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Dynamic individuals
- Basic cooking skills (simple cuisine)
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Animal friendly (presence of 2 dogs)
- Fluent in French
- Valid driver’s license
