Butler
A European principal is seeking an experienced and polished Butler to join the household team of a private seven-bedroom villa in St. Barthélemy. The property is used as an exclusive winter retreat, hosting the principal and a select circle of VIP guests for several months each year.
This role is ideal for a service-driven professional who is comfortable delivering five-star standards in a private setting, while adapting to a calm and refined island lifestyle. The household is fully staffed, including a property manager, two housekeepers, and a full-time private chef, allowing the Butler to focus on guest experience and service excellence.
This is a long-term position offering stability, flexibility, and a high-quality working environment.
Work schedule: Highly flexible.
During the principal’s presence (approximately 1–3 months per year): intensive workload with variable hours.
Outside of these periods: lighter workload with compensatory time off.
