• Provide full-service personal support across all areas of the principal’s day-to-day life.
• Anticipate needs, preferences, and routines to deliver proactive and seamless assistance.
• Manage daily schedules, appointments, reservations, and calendar commitments.
• Handle personal shopping, gift sourcing, and high-end errands.
• Ensure absolute discretion and privacy in all matters.

Travel & Logistics Coordination

• Accompany the principal on both domestic and international travel.
• Arrange flights, hotels, ground transportation, and visa formalities.
• Prepare travel documentation and coordinate with hospitality partners.
• Oversee packing, unpacking, luggage organisation, and in-transit support.

Event & Booking Management

• Plan and oversee private gatherings and engagements for the principal and entourage.
• Manage logistics such as venues, catering, staffing, transportation, and timelines.
• Adapt quickly to last-minute changes or special requests.

Wardrobe & Asset Management

• Maintain and curate the principal’s wardrobe and personal items.
• Coordinate with tailors, stylists, and designers for fittings, alterations, or new acquisitions.
• Supervise laundry, dry cleaning, and garment care with precision.

• Safeguard all personal, professional, and household information.
