Job Description

A wonderful family is seeking a skilled and polished Driver/Butler to provide comprehensive support in their household operations. This role requires a calm, reliable, and discreet individual who is able to maintain high standards while fostering a warm, family-focused environment.

The ideal candidate will be both professional and approachable, contributing to a harmonious household that meets the family’s needs with discretion and care.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily errands and problem-solving tasks for the male principal of the house.
  • Oversee household operations, ensuring all staff follow established systems and routines.
  • Handle front-of-house duties, such as receiving guests, supporting hosting, and maintaining a refined home presentation.
  • Assist with table setting, guest service, and event preparation (polished, not strict silver service).
  • Create seamless transitions from day to evening within the home, including lighting and ambiance.
  • Support hosting, logistics, and event coordination, especially during busy periods like the F1.
  • Chauffeur duties to Palm Jumeirah, Downtown, DIFC, Jumeirah 1, Al Quoz, Dubai Hills, Arabian Ranches, Abu Dhabi, and airport runs.
  • Maintain household vehicles, ensuring cleanliness, fuel levels, and servicing schedules.
  • Plan efficient routes, ensuring punctuality and consistently calm, safe driving.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in household management with the ability to work independently.
  • Competent, experienced UAE driver familiar with Dubai and Abu Dhabi areas.
  • Highly discreet, loyal, and trustworthy, with a professional demeanor.
  • Well-presented and aligned with a 5-star hotel service approach.
  • Comfortable around children (household includes a 9-month-old and a 5-year-old).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with an appreciation for structure.
  • Live-out only.
  • Flexible with hours, including evenings and event support when required.

Working Conditions

  • Accommodation: Live-out
  • Work Schedule: 6 days per week with flexible hours
  • Location: Palm Jumeirah, Dubai
  • Start Date: As soon as possible

Salary

AED 8,000 – 12,000 per month, depending on experience
