• Perform minor repairs and practical handyman tasks.
• Monitor the property’s heating, air conditioning, ventilation, lighting and other essential systems.
• Check the alarm and automated gate systems and report any issues.
• Monitor septic tank, drainage and rainwater systems.
• Identify maintenance problems early and coordinate appropriate intervention.

Gardens & Outdoor Areas

• Maintain the vegetable garden, greenhouse, vineyard and olive trees.
