Estate & Household Management

• Oversee the daily operation and presentation of the entire property
• Ensure the residence, guest areas, and outdoor spaces remain in impeccable condition year-round
• Manage household linen, including laundering, ironing, storage, and inventory control
• Receive and host the owners and their guests during visits
• Coordinate household preparations before arrivals and after departures
• Maintain detailed records of household expenses and operational costs
• Provide regular updates and reports to the family office

Hospitality & Service

• Prepare meals for the principals outside the peak summer season
• Set tables and provide attentive meal service when required
• Assist in the planning and execution of lunches, dinners, and private events
• Support on-site chefs and seasonal teams during busy periods
• Ensure a high level of hospitality and guest experience at all times

Technical & Outdoor Maintenance

• Monitor the condition and functionality of all estate facilities and equipment
• Coordinate routine maintenance of swimming pools, sports facilities, gym equipment, outdoor furniture, and technical installations
• Keep terraces, driveways, pathways, and exterior areas clean and presentable
• Carry out minor repairs and preventative maintenance tasks
• Supervise external service providers, contractors, and maintenance companies
• Monitor the quality and completion of outsourced work

Staff & Operational Coordination

• Assist with the recruitment of temporary and seasonal household staff
• Coordinate and supervise seasonal employees when required
• Oversee gardeners and other estate personnel working on the property
• Manage deliveries, parcels, correspondence, and supplier visits
• Maintain household vehicles and arrange servicing when necessary
• Provide driving services for the principals upon request
