Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Assistant Management Couple to support the operation of their exclusive second residence in Saint-Tropez (Var). Working alongside the current Estate Managers, the couple will contribute to the smooth running of the property, its day-to-day supervision, and the overall guest experience.

This role requires a genuine appreciation for premium service, adaptability within a high-expectation environment, and a mindset aligned with luxury hospitality standards.

Over time, the successful couple will gradually transition into the role of Estate Directors, assuming full responsibility for the property’s management and working in close cooperation with the on-site team to uphold exceptional comfort for the owners and their guests.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with an immediate start.

Responsibilities

Estate Operations & Household Oversight

Uphold impeccable maintenance standards across both indoor and outdoor areas of the residence.
Manage household linen, including washing, ironing, and organisation.
Provide a warm and professional welcome to the owners and their guests.
Prepare meals for the family during off-season stays.
Set and serve tables according to refined hospitality guidelines.
Support the organisation of lunches and dinners during the summer season (chef on-site).

Technical & Grounds Maintenance

Monitor and maintain the proper functioning of all technical elements: swimming pools, tennis court, gym, etc.
Keep terraces, pathways, and exterior facilities clean and orderly.
Oversee the work of gardeners and outdoor contractors.
Carry out light repairs and general upkeep as required.

Logistics, Transport & Administrative Support

Provide driving services when needed.
Care for and maintain the property’s vehicles.
Coordinate service providers, deliveries, parcels, and incoming mail.
Handle expense tracking and basic bookkeeping.
Prepare regular reports for the principals.

Job Requirements

5–10 years of experience in a similar role within luxury private households or high-end hospitality.
Strong independence and excellent organisational capabilities.
Absolute discretion, trustworthiness, and professionalism.
Ability to uphold confidentiality regarding the employers and their private environment.
Culinary abilities are valued.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed.
Calm, friendly, and service-focused demeanour.
Category B driving licence required for at least one partner.
French and English language skills are an advantage.

Working Conditions

Start Date: Immediate
Location: Saint-Tropez (Var)
Contract: CDI – Full-time
Status: Cadre
Flexibility: Required during ownership stays
Accommodation: Provided on-site (independent apartment with bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom)

Salary

€6,400 gross/month for the couple (depending on experience)
