Cooking & Meal Preparation

• Prepare daily meals for the principal and his elderly parents.
• Cook fresh, well-balanced, and nutritious meals with careful attention to flavour and presentation.
• Prepare simple home-style dishes while maintaining high culinary standards.
• Demonstrate familiarity with international cuisines, with Lebanese cuisine considered an advantage.
• Follow recipes accurately and adapt meals according to dietary requirements or family preferences.
• Assist with meal planning and maintain organized grocery lists.
• Coordinate kitchen supplies and maintain stock levels.
• Ensure the kitchen remains clean and complies with strict hygiene and food safety standards.

Housekeeping Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and order in all common areas of the residence, including:

  • Living rooms
  • Dining areas
  • Guest bathrooms
  • Kitchen
  • Hallways and shared spaces
• Perform daily cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Ensure the home is consistently well-presented and organized.
• Monitor household cleaning supplies and request replenishment when necessary.
• Maintain discretion and respect the privacy of the household at all times.

Occasional Assistance to Elderly Parents

• Provide light support to caregivers when required.
• Assist with simple tasks such as helping guide the parents when moving around the house.
• Offer occasional support in urgent situations if caregivers are unavailable.

This role does not involve full caregiving responsibilities, but requires patience, kindness, and attentiveness.
