Job Description

A prominent business leader based in Paris is seeking an experienced Chauffeur & House Manager to provide seamless transportation services and oversee the day-to-day management of a private office environment.

This unique role combines executive driving responsibilities with office coordination and logistical support, making it ideal for a highly organized, discreet, and service-oriented professional.

Acting as a trusted right-hand to the principal, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring both personal travel arrangements and workplace operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Executive Transportation

  • Provide secure, punctual, and professional transportation for the principal throughout Paris, the wider Île-de-France region, and beyond.
  • Manage daily journeys between residences, offices, meetings, events, airports, and other destinations.
  • Anticipate traffic conditions, route changes, and scheduling constraints to ensure optimal travel efficiency.
  • Coordinate airport transfers and transportation for family members, business associates, and VIP guests when required.
  • Accompany the principal on occasional business trips within France and internationally.

Vehicle Management

  • Maintain entrusted vehicles in impeccable condition at all times.
  • Organize routine servicing, inspections, cleaning, and maintenance schedules.
  • Monitor vehicle documentation, insurance, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure the highest standards of safety, comfort, and presentation.

Office & Property Coordination

  • Oversee the smooth daily operation and presentation of the principal’s office premises.
  • Coordinate maintenance providers, contractors, and external service partners.
  • Manage office supplies, consumables, and operational inventories.
  • Ensure workspaces remain organized, functional, and representative of a professional executive environment.

Administrative & Lifestyle Support

  • Handle errands, deliveries, confidential correspondence, and sensitive packages.
  • Coordinate restaurant bookings, hotel reservations, transportation arrangements, and other logistical requests.
  • Assist with light administrative duties as required.
  • Anticipate the principal’s needs and proactively address operational matters before they arise.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate is a polished and dependable professional with substantial experience supporting senior executives, high-profile individuals, or private families in demanding environments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a private chauffeur, executive driver, or similar position serving business leaders, VIPs, public figures, or UHNW principals.
  • Excellent knowledge of Paris and the wider Île-de-France road network.
  • Fluent French and English, both spoken and written.
  • Impeccable presentation and professional demeanor.
  • Absolute discretion and ability to manage confidential matters.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to remain calm, flexible, and efficient under pressure.
  • Valid Category B driving licence required.
  • VTC licence would be considered a strong advantage.

Working Conditions

  • Position: Chauffeur & House Manager
  • Location: Paris, France
  • Contract: Permanent (CDI)
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday
  • Accommodation: Live-out
  • Start Date: September 2026

Salary

€47,000 to €55,000 gross per annum, depending on experience, qualifications, and overall profile.
