Household & General Management

• Organize and coordinate daily family activities
• Manage schedules, handle concierge duties, and assist with administrative tasks (e.g., invoices, service contracts)
• Supervise external service providers such as housekeepers, gardeners, and technicians
• Maintain the high standards of service expected by the family, ensuring everything runs smoothly

Property Management

• Oversee the upkeep of a 400 m² property, including five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a pool, spa, and landscaped garden
• Manage laundry duties alongside the housekeeper, including ironing and organizing
• Ensure daily maintenance of the pool and jacuzzi (with assistance from the pool technician)
• Take care of plants and outdoor areas, working with the gardener
• Clean terraces and vehicles
• Handle minor home repairs as needed

Cooking & Service

• Prepare traditional, balanced, and generous meals for the family
• Set tables and serve meals in an informal style
• Organize and maintain the kitchen and manage household supplies

Travel & Logistics

• Assist with travel arrangements and logistics, including coordinating stays at the family’s properties in Courchevel and Montpellier
• Travel with the family on occasion as required
• Ensure the family’s needs are met with a proactive and elegant approach, maintaining flexibility and discretion
