• Maintain the entire residence in pristine condition, consistently meeting exceptional five-star housekeeping standards.
• Carry out daily and deep-cleaning duties throughout bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces and other areas of the property.
• Apply appropriate cleaning methods and products to delicate surfaces, premium finishes, fine furnishings and valuable household items.
• Care for artwork, decorative objects and luxury materials using suitable specialist techniques.
• Keep kitchens, bathrooms and service areas exceptionally clean, organised and presentable.
• Make and change beds to an impeccable standard, ensuring bedrooms are always properly prepared.
• Identify maintenance concerns or damage and report them promptly to the appropriate person.

Laundry, ironing and wardrobe management

• Manage the family’s laundry from start to finish, including sorting, washing, drying and handwashing where appropriate.
• Apply specialist garment-care techniques to delicate fabrics and high-value clothing.
• Deliver exceptional ironing, pressing and garment presentation.
• Organise wardrobes, drawers and dressing areas, keeping clothing and accessories properly arranged.
• Maintain linen supplies and ensure household textiles are stored and cared for correctly.

Household organisation and hospitality

• Establish and maintain efficient organisational systems throughout the residence, including cupboards, storage areas and household supplies.
• Monitor cleaning products and other essential provisions, assisting with stocktaking and replenishment.
• Prepare simple meals when requested and assist with routine kitchen duties.
• Arrange dining areas and set tables to an exceptional standard for everyday meals and more formal occasions.
• Provide table-service assistance when required, including clearing and resetting dining spaces.
• Ensure the residence is appropriately prepared for the family’s daily activities and entertaining requirements.

Household teamwork and service

• Work closely with the nanny, Family Assistant and other household personnel to maintain consistent standards across the property.
• Anticipate the family’s needs and provide thoughtful assistance without being intrusive.
• Recognise changing priorities and respond promptly to requests or emerging household requirements.
• Offer practical support with additional reasonable domestic duties when necessary.
• Maintain a quiet, professional presence while ensuring the home remains comfortable and impeccably maintained.
