Job Description

A high-profile music artist based in London, with an extensive international travel schedule, is seeking an experienced and highly adaptable Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support across both professional and day-to-day activities.

Working as part of a small, trusted team, the successful candidate will take responsibility for the smooth coordination of the artist’s schedule, travel, communications and professional commitments. This is a part-time consultancy position offering considerable flexibility, but requiring a high level of availability and responsiveness when required.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day correspondence, including calls, emails and post
  • Maintain and coordinate a complex diary, including meetings, appointments and professional engagements
  • Monitor deadlines and commitments and proactively provide reminders and follow-up
  • Arrange international and domestic travel, including flights, accommodation, transfers and itineraries
  • Support the artist during shoots, concerts, events and other professional engagements
  • Coordinate clothing, luggage, equipment and other requirements for travel and appearances
  • Liaise discreetly and efficiently with the artist’s management team, clients, suppliers and other external contacts
  • Prepare and organise expense reports, documentation and administrative records
  • Assist with a broad range of personal and professional tasks as required
  • Anticipate upcoming requirements and resolve practical matters before they become an issue

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Personal Assistant to a high-profile individual, artist, public figure, entrepreneur or UHNWI and will be accustomed to working within a highly dynamic environment.

You will be:

  • Exceptionally organised, reliable and detail-oriented
  • Highly proactive, with a natural ability to anticipate requirements
  • Comfortable managing changing priorities and last-minute requests
  • Discreet and professional when handling confidential information
  • Autonomous while working effectively as part of a small team
  • Flexible regarding working days, hours and availability
  • Confident coordinating international travel and complex logistics
  • Based in London or Greater London
  • Legally authorised to work in the UK

Working Conditions

  • Location: London, UK
  • Travel: International travel expected
  • Schedule: Part-time, with significant flexibility required
  • Contract: Consultancy agreement

Salary

£48,000 gross per annum, pro rata
