Job Description

A high-profile music artist based in London is seeking an experienced and exceptionally organised Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive day-to-day support across both professional and personal commitments.

Working as part of a small and trusted team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth coordination of an internationally active schedule.

This position is ideal for a resourceful professional who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys solving problems independently, and can effortlessly manage changing priorities with discretion and efficiency.

The role is offered on a part-time consultancy basis and requires considerable flexibility, including occasional international travel alongside the artist.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all incoming communications, including emails, telephone calls and correspondence.
  • Coordinate an ever-changing diary, scheduling appointments, meetings and personal commitments.
  • Track important deadlines and provide timely reminders for key engagements.
  • Organise domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation and detailed itineraries.
  • Accompany the artist to concerts, photo shoots, media appearances and other professional events, ensuring logistics, luggage and wardrobe arrangements run smoothly.
  • Act as a key liaison between the artist, management, business partners, suppliers and other members of the support team.
  • Prepare expense reports, maintain accurate administrative records and organise documentation.
  • Provide flexible assistance with a wide variety of ad hoc projects and day-to-day requests.

Job Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience supporting a music artist, celebrity, public figure or UHNW individual in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant capacity.
  • Outstanding organisational and time-management skills.
  • The ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
  • A proactive mindset with excellent anticipation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills and complete discretion when handling confidential matters.
  • A collaborative attitude and willingness to work closely with a small professional team.
  • Residence in London or the Greater London area.
  • The legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
  • Availability to travel internationally when required.

Working Conditions

  • Position: Personal Assistant

  • Contract: Part-Time Consultancy Agreement

Salary

£48,000 gross per annum.
