A dynamic Swiss/French family based in Dubai is looking to appoint an experienced Live-In Housekeeper to support their busy household. The family resides in a five-bedroom private villa and includes three young children aged 2, 3, and 6. The home is fully staffed with a live-in nanny, a driver, and an additional housekeeper.

This role suits a confident, energetic, and highly organised professional who takes pride in maintaining five-star household standards and enjoys working in a lively, team-oriented environment. The family follows a vegan lifestyle, so openness to plant-based cooking is essential.

The position is live-in and comes with private accommodation.

Responsibilities

Maintain exceptional cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene throughout the home, meeting five-star standards at all times.
Handle all daily housekeeping duties, including cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, laundry, ironing, and wardrobe organisation.
Prepare healthy international meals and assist with vegan food preparation as required.
Organise and prepare bags for school, outings, and family travel.
Assist with daily household planning and task prioritisation.
Provide occasional childcare support in a caring, responsible, and playful manner.
Manage household stock, supplies, and inventory using digital tools such as a smartphone or iPad.
Work closely with the nanny, driver, and fellow housekeeper to ensure smooth household operations.
Maintain a professional and polished presence when guests are visiting and assist with service when needed.
Anticipate household needs and act proactively without the need for repeated instructions.
Support the upkeep of outdoor and shared areas when required.
Assist with deliveries and occasional care of household pets.

Job Requirements

Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role within a private household, UHNW family, royal residence, or five-star hotel environment.
Strong skills in cleaning, organisation, laundry, and ironing.
Confident and capable cook, open to learning and preparing vegan meals.
Previous experience working with young children.
Excellent level of spoken and written English.
Physically active, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced household.
Naturally positive, friendly, and proactive attitude.
Highly attentive to detail with a strong sense of pride in quality work.
Calm, discreet, respectful, and able to work well as part of a household team.
Quick learner who adapts easily to new routines and expectations.
Well-presented, professional, and neatly groomed at all times.

Working Conditions

Accommodation: Live-in position with a private bedroom and bathroom; shared kitchen with the other housekeeper.
Travel: Family travels approximately three months per year; travel with the family may be required.
Schedule: Six days per week, 12 hours per day.
Household setup: Five-bedroom villa with structured support from a nanny, driver, housekeeper, and family assistant.
Benefits: Visa sponsorship and medical insurance provided.
Travel benefit: One annual return flight to the home country.
Meals: All meals provided while on duty.
Stability: Long-term role with a respectful and supportive family.

Salary

AED 5,000 to 7,500 per month, depending on experience.
