These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter “T&C”) define the terms and conditions under which the website householdstaff.jobs (hereinafter “the Platform”) provides its services to users, and how users may access and use the site.

By accessing the site, the User acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these T&C.

1. Platform Overview

The Platform is published by MM Dubai and allows:

  • Private employers to post job offers in the domestic and household staff sector.
  • Candidates to view these offers and apply directly.

The Platform acts solely as a technical intermediary and does not intervene in the contractual relationship between employers and candidates.

2. Definitions

  • User: any person accessing the site, whether a candidate or employer.
  • Candidate: any natural person seeking a job via the Platform.
  • Employer: any natural or legal person posting a job offer on the Platform.
  • Content: all information, texts, images, videos, and other data published on the site.

3. Account Creation

To access certain features (job posting, applying, internal messaging), the User must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
The User is responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for any activity carried out through their account.

4. Services Provided

For candidates: browsing job offers, applying online, creating a profile, and uploading a CV.
For employers: posting and managing job offers, reviewing applications, and accessing qualified profiles.
The Platform does not guarantee that a contract will be concluded between a candidate and an employer.

5. Responsibilities

5.1 Responsibility of the Platform

The Platform makes every effort to ensure information is accurate and updated but cannot guarantee completeness or accuracy.
The Platform shall not be held responsible for:

  • content published by users,
  • consequences of any meeting or recruitment resulting from the site,
  • temporary or permanent interruptions of service.

5.2 Responsibility of Users

Users agree to:

  • provide accurate and truthful information,
  • not publish content that is illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, or contrary to public order,
  • respect the confidentiality of data to which they have access.

6. Content Publication

Users are solely responsible for the content they publish on the Platform.
By publishing content, the User grants the Platform a non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, and distribute such content as part of the service’s operation.

7. Intellectual Property

All elements of the site (texts, images, logos, graphics, videos, code, etc.) are protected by copyright and intellectual property law.
Any reproduction, in whole or in part, without prior authorization, is prohibited.

8. Personal Data

The collection and processing of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Cookies

The use of cookies is described in our Cookie Policy.

10. Suspension or Termination of Account

The Platform reserves the right to suspend or delete any user account in the event of a violation of these T&C or any behavior detrimental to the proper functioning of the site.

11. Amendments to the T&C

The Platform may modify these T&C at any time.
Users will be informed of any significant changes, and continued use of the site after such notification constitutes acceptance of the new T&C.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These T&C are governed by the laws applicable at the publisher’s registered office.
Any disputes will be submitted to the competent jurisdiction in this territory, unless otherwise required by law.
