Full-Time Live-Out Nanny/Governess job in New York City, NY, USA

• Provide daily supervision combined with structured, age-appropriate educational engagement
• Support homework completion and reinforce academic learning
• Foster the children’s intellectual curiosity, emotional awareness, and social development
• Manage morning routines and after-school schedules with precision and consistency
• Ensure punctuality, organisation, and preparedness for school and activities
• Accompany the children to and from school and extracurricular activities (within walking distance)
• Maintain a calm, organised, and supportive home environment
• Encourage healthy habits, discipline, and routine
• Take full responsibility for the children’s daily care while residing in the family home when required
• Coordinate with household staff to ensure balanced meals and healthy snacks
• Handle light organisation and cleaning directly related to the children’s needs
• Ensure consistency in routines, schedules, and emotional support

During periods when the children’s mother is travelling, the Governess will assume sole charge of the children, staying in the family home for 7–10 consecutive days, including basic meal preparation and light housekeeping related only to the children.
