A welcoming international family based in Paris is searching for an experienced, nurturing, and highly professional Live-In Nanny to provide dedicated care for their energetic 14-month-old son.

The child is naturally curious, active, and eager to explore the world around him. The family is looking for a nanny who can foster his development through engaging, age-appropriate activities while creating a safe, structured, and stimulating environment.

As frequent international travellers, the family requires a nanny who enjoys discovering new places and is comfortable accompanying them on regular trips abroad. Accommodation is provided both at the family’s Paris residence and during all travel.

This is a long-term opportunity for a childcare professional who combines warmth with professionalism and values education, creativity, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

Organise enriching activities that encourage learning, creativity, and healthy development.
Support the child’s emotional, social, and cognitive growth through positive daily interactions.
Accompany the family on international travel throughout the year.
Prepare simple, nutritious meals and snacks for the child.
Maintain consistent routines that promote wellbeing and security.
Work closely with the parents while respecting established household routines and boundaries.
Ensure the child’s bedroom, play areas, and belongings remain clean and organised.
Feel comfortable living and working alongside the family’s two friendly small dogs.

Job Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

A recognised qualification in childcare, early years education, or a related field.
Previous experience as a travelling nanny within a private household.
An EU passport allowing unrestricted travel.
Fluent English; French language skills would be a significant advantage.
A genuine passion for child development and early learning.
Basic cooking abilities for preparing children’s meals.
Excellent communication skills, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
A flexible, positive, and proactive personality suited to an international family lifestyle.

Working Conditions

Position: Full-Time Live-In Nanny
Location: Paris, France, with frequent international travel
Accommodation: Private accommodation provided both in Paris and during travel

Salary

€3,500–€5,000 net per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
