Log inA highly private UHNWI residing in Miami, Florida is seeking a refined, resourceful, and exceptionally organized Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive day-to-day support.
The ideal candidate is poised and proactive, capable of maintaining discretion in all circumstances, and comfortable managing sensitive information while ensuring seamless communication between the principal, household staff, and external parties. The role may include occasional domestic and international travel to accompany or support the principal during business commitments or personal trips.
Lifestyle & Personal Support
Serve as the principal’s primary point of contact for daily coordination and communication.
Maintain and manage personal and household calendars, appointments, scheduling, and reminders.
Plan, organize, and support private engagements such as dinners, intimate celebrations, and social gatherings.
Run local errands including personal shopping, gift selection, deliveries, and returns with a polished, thoughtful approach.
Administration & Correspondence
Prepare, screen, and manage emails, calls, and written communications on behalf of the principal.
Maintain confidential files, documents, and personal records with accuracy and discretion.
Track household and personal expenses, compile reports, and liaise when needed with accountants, advisors, or family office personnel.
Travel & Logistics
Arrange and coordinate travel itineraries including flights, hotel bookings, dining reservations, and ground transportation.
Ensure travel documents, visas, and identification are current and accessible.
Prepare packing lists and oversee luggage organization when necessary.
Adjust plans quickly when schedules shift or opportunities arise.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant supporting a high-profile, HNW, UHNW, or executive-level individual.
Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and impeccable communication skills.
Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable prioritizing multiple demands in a fluid, fast-paced environment.
Tech-savvy with competence in calendar management, travel platforms, and communication tools.
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States and based in Miami / South Florida.
Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Open to occasional travel; valid passport preferred.
Position: Full-time, permanent, live-out
Location: Miami, Florida, United States
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with flexibility for occasional evenings and weekends
Travel: Occasional domestic and international travel
