Job Description

A UHNW Principal is seeking a highly organised and adaptable Travelling Personal & Executive Assistant to provide seamless support across both personal and professional matters.

This is a dynamic, international role requiring discretion, flexibility, and the ability to manage a fast-moving schedule.

The position is suited to a professional who can act as a trusted point of contact, ensuring all aspects of the Principal’s daily life and business commitments are handled with precision and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Personal Support

  • Manage the Principal’s personal agenda, ensuring all appointments and commitments are well coordinated.
  • Organise all travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visas, and ground transportation.
  • Handle personal errands, shopping, and day-to-day logistics.
  • Coordinate with household staff across multiple residences and oversee personal environments.
  • Track medical appointments, wellness schedules, and related documentation.
  • Manage personal belongings across locations and assist with packing and travel preparation.
  • Travel regularly with the Principal, providing hands-on support and adapting to schedule changes.
  • Assist with personal financial administration and liaise with service providers such as architects or designers.

Executive & Business Support

  • Manage business calendars, meetings, and professional commitments.
  • Coordinate business travel and related logistics.
  • Prepare research, briefing documents, and presentations when required.
  • Handle professional communications on behalf of the Principal.
  • Support recruitment processes and internal coordination.
  • Liaise with partners, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with business-related financial coordination and time-sensitive tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Organisation & Approach: Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Work Style: Calm, composed, and solution-focused, with the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Discretion: Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Proactivity: Strong anticipation skills and ability to act independently.
  • Flexibility: Available for irregular hours and frequent international travel.
  • Experience: Previous experience supporting UHNW individuals as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant is an advantage.
  • Additional Background: Experience in yachting or high-level service environments is highly valued.

Working Conditions

  • Location: Cairo, Egypt, with frequent international travel
  • Schedule: Full-time, with flexibility required
  • Accommodation: Provided (live-out arrangement)
  • Start Date: As soon as possible

Salary

€5,000 – €6,000 per month
