A fast-growing property maintenance company in Dubai is seeking an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Manager to oversee operations across a portfolio of high-end private residential properties.

This role combines technical leadership, operational oversight, and on-site involvement. The successful candidate will lead a team of technicians while remaining actively engaged in maintenance activities to ensure all works are delivered to a consistently high standard.

The ideal profile is a technically strong maintenance professional with broad practical expertise and a positive, motivating leadership style, capable of developing team capability and continuously improving operational performance.

The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of maintenance operations, technical supervision, quality control, and client liaison. Acting as a key representative of the company, the role requires professionalism, organisation, and the ability to manage multiple sites efficiently.

Responsibilities

Supervise, lead, and motivate a team of maintenance technicians across multiple residential sites.
Plan, schedule, and oversee daily maintenance activities and workflows.
Provide hands-on technical support and on-site guidance when required.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and professional communication.
Carry out regular site inspections to monitor quality, safety, and compliance standards.
Drive continuous improvement and support the technical development of the team.
Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are properly maintained and available.
Report on completed works, technical issues, and operational progress to management.
Represent the company professionally, building trust and long-term client relationships.

Scope of Maintenance Works

Façade renovation and restoration.
Internal wall works, flooring, and drywall installation.
Air-conditioning and ventilation duct cleaning.
Plumbing installation, repairs, and ongoing maintenance.
Electrical works and routine electrical maintenance.
General cleaning and deep cleaning services.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
Strong hands-on technical expertise across multiple maintenance disciplines.
Solid working knowledge of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing).
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a technical team.
Proactive, solution-driven mindset with a supportive leadership approach.
Confident communicator with a professional client-facing manner.
Reliable, well-presented, and trustworthy.
Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory).
Highly organised and capable of working independently.

Working Conditions

Location: Dubai – Private Residential Properties
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: 6 days per week, 8 hours per day
Benefits: Visa and medical insurance provided
