A wonderful family in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Head Housekeeper to manage the daily operations of their home.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the household runs smoothly, contributing to a harmonious and well-kept environment while providing the family with the highest level of service and discretion.

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily cleaning and organization of a 3-bedroom home, transitioning to a 4–5 bedroom villa as needed.
Maintain exceptionally high cleaning and presentation standards appropriate for a luxury household.
Manage daily tidying, bed-making, and home presentation to ensure a consistently polished and inviting environment.
Organize and maintain household storage, cupboards, and common areas.
Train, guide, and supervise additional staff on household routines, standards, and procedures.
Develop and manage daily, weekly, and deep-cleaning schedules.
Care for delicate materials, specialty surfaces, and valuable household items.
Prepare the home for guests and ensure it’s always immaculate and guest-ready.
Oversee laundry and ironing tasks performed by cleaners to maintain high standards.
Coordinate dry cleaning services as needed (1–2 times per week).
Help create seamless transitions from day to evening, including managing lighting, ambiance, and overall presentation.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in luxury residences or private households.
Ability to work independently while confidently leading and supporting other staff members.
Respectful, loyal, and trustworthy with a commitment to discretion and professionalism.
Warm, approachable, and personable with a good sense of humor; able to stay calm and in control under pressure.
Highly organized with excellent communication skills.
Flexible hours as required by the family’s needs.

Working Conditions

Accommodation: Live-out
Work Schedule: 6 days per week, with flexible hours
Location: Palm Jumeirah, Dubai
Start Date: As soon as possible

Salary

AED 12,000 – 15,000 per month, based on experience
