Full-Time Governess job (M/F) in Tashkent, Uzbekistan

A prominent private family based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan is seeking an outstanding Russian-speaking Governess to accompany the personal, cultural, and emotional development of their 5-year-old son.

This role is designed for a native or native-level Russian speaker with conversational English, able to communicate comfortably within an international household and during travel.

This is not a traditional academic tutoring position. Instead, the Governess will play a key role in shaping the child’s intellectual curiosity and emotional growth through culture, literature, creativity, and meaningful daily interaction, working alongside an established team of nannies who oversee routine care and language exposure.

Already fluent in Russian, English, and Chinese, the child would benefit from a Governess who can elevate his appreciation for culture, reading, manners, and personal development, nurturing confidence, imagination, and emotional intelligence.
