Job Description

A prestigious Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) family based in Paris, France, is seeking a seasoned and highly discreet Family Chauffeur / Executive Chauffeur to join their private household on a long-term basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing seamless, high-quality transportation services to the principals and their family members, mainly within Paris, with occasional travel to other regions of France. This role calls for exceptional availability, flawless presentation, and expert knowledge of urban driving in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.

The position requires a professional who remains calm under pressure, adapts quickly to last-minute schedule changes, and consistently delivers an impeccable level of service. Absolute discretion, reliability, and a refined sense of professionalism are non-negotiable.

This is a full-time, permanent position (CDI), with a planned start in early 2026.

Responsibilities

Driving & Transportation

  • Provide daily transportation between the family’s Paris residence and business or personal destinations
  • Drive the principals and family members for professional, social, and private engagements
  • Manage journeys within Paris and undertake occasional long-distance travel across France
  • Ensure all transportation is safe, smooth, punctual, and comfortable
  • Assist with luggage handling and coordination when required
  • Work closely with the Personal Assistant to align schedules and ensure precise timing
  • Remain flexible and available for evening, weekend, and event-related driving
  • Support transportation needs for business meetings, private events, and family activities

Professional Conduct & Service

  • Maintain an immaculate personal appearance at all times
  • Demonstrate a courteous, discreet, and highly professional attitude
  • Respect strict confidentiality standards, including outside of working hours

Vehicle & Fleet Management

  • Maintain vehicles in outstanding condition, including interior and exterior cleanliness
  • Oversee servicing, inspections, repairs, and general upkeep
  • Ensure vehicles are always fueled and ready for immediate use
  • Keep accurate maintenance records and liaise with dealerships and service providers
  • Plan routes in advance, monitor traffic conditions, and adapt itineraries as needed
  • Regularly check and restock onboard amenities (water, tissues, sanitiser, charging cables, etc.)

Logistical & Household Support

  • Carry out occasional errands or services for the family as requested
  • Assist with light administrative or logistical tasks linked to the residence
  • Manage and monitor fuel cards in coordination with the finance team

Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a private or executive chauffeur for HNW/UHNW clients
  • In-depth knowledge of Paris, including main routes, train stations, and airports
  • Full availability during weekdays, evenings, weekends, and special events
  • Impeccable presentation and a strong service-oriented mindset
  • Calm, reliable, mature, and emotionally stable personality
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to handle pressure, anticipate needs, and adapt quickly
  • Strong organisational skills, autonomy, and proactive approach
  • Verifiable professional references required
  • Willingness to assist with practical or hands-on tasks when needed

Working Conditions

  • Position: Family Chauffeur / Executive Chauffeur
  • Location: Paris, France
  • Contract: Permanent (CDI), full-time
  • Schedule: 5 to 6 days per week, with flexibility required (evenings, weekends, events)
  • Start Date: First quarter of 2026
