Social Media Leadership & Content Production

• Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and monitoring across LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Create premium-quality content including IA-supported videos, storytelling posts, carousels, and professional short-form clips.
• Write engaging scripts, captions, and creative concepts for video content involving directors and recruitment teams.
• Film and edit short-form videos for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Reels (if necessary).
• Maintain visual and editorial consistency aligned with our luxury-focused brand guidelines.

Community Interaction & Organic Growth

• Engage daily with followers: respond to messages, comments, and inquiries across all channels.
• Build and grow our audience through strategic engagement, trend participation, and best-practice optimisation.
• Monitor competitor performance within the luxury, hospitality, and high-end recruitment sectors.

Press, Media & Influencer Outreach

• Identify journalists, bloggers, influencers, and media outlets globally.
• Pitch relevant articles, reports, and insights to secure premium press mentions.
• Build and maintain a structured media contact database.
• Coordinate interviews, media requests, and collaborations with leadership.

Brand Strategy & Creative Development

• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with recruitment cycles, industry trends, and seasonal events.
• Suggest new formats, ideas, and storytelling concepts that elevate brand visibility.
• Analyse performance data and recommend strategies for growth and engagement.

Internal Collaboration

• Liaise with directors, recruiters, and international teams (US, UK, EU, UAE) to gather updates, success stories, and job highlights.
• Ensure brand alignment and consistency across all global offices.
• Support special marketing initiatives, campaigns, and internal events.

Analytics & Reporting

• Produce weekly and monthly reporting on performance, engagement, reach, follower growth, and conversions.
• Identify trends and opportunities to optimise content and platform performance.
