Job Description

A well-established company operating in the luxury villa and high-end property maintenance sector is seeking a Sales & HR Coordinator to join its team in Dubai.

Rock Hill Maintenance provides services to prestigious residences, exclusive villas and premium hospitality properties. The clientele includes villa owners, property managers and hospitality professionals who expect a high level of professionalism, discretion and efficiency.

The company is looking for a structured, commercially driven and organised professional capable of supporting client relations and sales activities while also assisting with internal HR coordination and administrative processes.

This role combines client communication, quotation management and sales support with responsibilities related to recruitment coordination and internal documentation.

Responsibilities

Sales & Client Relationship Support

The main focus of this role is supporting the commercial activity of the company and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and sending professional quotations for maintenance services.
  • Following up with prospective clients and maintaining regular communication.
  • Liaising with villa owners, property managers and hospitality representatives.
  • Developing strong relationships with high-end clients.
  • Assisting with the negotiation and confirmation of maintenance contracts.
  • Coordinating with operational teams to ensure services are delivered to the expected standards.

HR and Administrative Coordination

In addition to the sales component, the position includes HR support and internal administrative coordination.

Tasks include:

  • Assisting with recruitment logistics and interview scheduling.
  • Preparing onboarding documentation and maintaining employee files.
  • Supporting HR administrative procedures including visa documentation.
  • Monitoring staff attendance records and internal documentation flow.
  • Coordinating with the finance department regarding invoicing and LPO tracking.

Job Requirements

  • Strong ability to manage several tasks simultaneously without compromising quality.
  • Professional attitude with high levels of discretion and reliability.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are beneficial).
  • Previous exposure to luxury property management, hospitality or maintenance services is an advantage.

Working Conditions

  • Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
  • Schedule: 6 days per week – 9 hours per day
  • Start Date: Immediate availability preferred
  • Accommodation: Not provided

Salary

AED 15,000
