Job Description

An established family based in Tampa, Florida is seeking two experienced ROTA Nannies to provide exceptional care for their three young children (ages 4, 3, and 10 months). The family is looking for dedicated professionals eager to commit to a long-term position of five years or more.

This is a prestigious role for career nannies who thrive in a dynamic household, are confident with demanding schedules, and can balance discretion, warmth, and professional excellence. Candidates must be travel-ready, adaptable, and able to deliver consistent support in close collaboration with the family and fellow nanny.

Responsibilities

  • Provide nurturing, structured care for three children, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and emotional development.

  • Support early education and homeschooling activities with creative, outdoor, and age-appropriate learning opportunities.

  • Confidently supervise and engage in swimming and pool activities.

  • Manage all aspects of the children’s wardrobes, including laundry, organization, and seasonal rotation.

  • Prepare healthy, child-friendly meals and snacks; maintain order in play and living areas.

  • Oversee daily routines (meals, naps, bedtime) with consistency and care.

  • Transport children safely to school, activities, and appointments.

  • Travel extensively with the family; assist with packing, logistics, and smooth transitions.

  • Confidently care for all three children simultaneously, including infant support.

Job Requirements

  • Professional nanny experience, with proven work in HNW or VIP households.

  • Expertise in infant, toddler, and preschool care; Norland training highly valued.

  • CPR and Pediatric First Aid certification required.

  • Previous rota or 24/7 nanny experience preferred.

  • Fluent English required; Spanish or French highly advantageous.

  • Educated, tech-savvy, and able to support structured learning at home.

  • Strong swimmer, adaptable traveler, and physically fit to manage a busy schedule.

  • Warm, patient, and emotionally stable, with discretion and professionalism at all times.

  • Dog-friendly (family may introduce a pet in the future).

  • Team-oriented with excellent handover and communication skills.

Working Conditions

  • Benefits: Healthcare stipend, paid vacation aligned with family schedule, additional perks discussed at interview

  • Accommodation: Live-in during rotation; private en suite bedroom provided within the residence

  • Schedule & Rotation
    • ROTA coverage: Two weeks on / two weeks off

    • On-duty hours: Typically 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM, with overnight coverage as needed

    • Flexibility required for travel, holidays, and family commitments

Salary

$110,000 – $130,000 annually, depending on experience.
