Log inA private family residing in Downtown Dubai is seeking a talented and versatile Junior Chef to join their fully staffed household. The family, composed of two adults and one child, is looking for a professional who can take full ownership of daily culinary operations and maintain an exceptional standard of quality, organization, and service.
The successful candidate will prepare healthy, refined, and beautifully presented meals inspired by Mediterranean and international cuisines.
Plan, prepare, and serve daily meals for the family — Monday to Friday: Lunch and Dinner; Saturday: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.
Create diverse menus featuring Mediterranean and international dishes, focusing on quality, flavor, and nutrition.
Maintain a spotless, well-organized kitchen, including regular cleaning of appliances, counters, and floors.
Manage grocery shopping, pantry inventory, and household food budgets.
Prepare elegant dishes for family gatherings and private dinners with attention to detail and presentation.
Work collaboratively with household staff, ensuring smooth coordination with the housekeepers and other team members.
Travel occasionally with the family to France (summer) and Lebanon (Christmas) when required.
Maintain absolute discretion, a professional demeanor, and a calm, positive attitude in all situations.
Proven experience as a Private Chef or Junior Chef within a high-end private household or luxury hospitality environment.
Strong culinary foundation in Mediterranean and international cuisines.
Excellent knowledge of ingredient selection, flavor balance, and plating aesthetics.
Well-organized, proactive, and capable of managing the kitchen independently.
Fluent in English, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
Polished, discreet, and adaptable to family routines.
Flexible to travel internationally when required.
Professional appearance and positive, service-oriented mindset.
Location: Private residence in Downtown Dubai, UAE
Household: Family of 3 with a full support staff
Schedule: 6 days per week (Sundays off)
Start Date: Immediate
Accommodation: Live-in or live-out option available
