Our client is looking for a personal assistant to help manage their personal activities.
The candidate will assist their employer on a day-to-day basis and represent our client well in dealings with their contacts.
Modern, energetic and rigorous, the candidate will be a facilitator on a daily basis.
This is a permanent position, to be filled as soon as possible.
Duties and responsibilities
Administrative assistance: diary keeping, email management, organising meetings, invoicing, etc.
Representing the employer in dealings with its contacts
Travel management: taking charge of and coordinating bookings (flights, hotels, restaurants, events, etc.) and making changes if necessary
Coordination with the company’s various departments
Management, filing and archiving of administrative files relating to personal affairs
Managing the family’s activities and private affairs
Managing appointments (doctors, hairdressers, etc.) and events organised by the family
Organising the family’s private purchases and sending them home
Receiving and sending mail, managing stocks of supplies
Candidate profile
At least 5 years’ experience in a similar environment
Autonomous, discreet and structured
Smiling, dynamic and positive person, able to manage stress
Good communication skills
French and English required (spoken, read and written)
A driving licence is an asset
