Log inWe are seeking a dedicated, experienced Domestic Couple to oversee the daily management of a luxurious vacation home in Westhampton, New York. This live-in, full-time position is ideal for a proactive, reliable couple who takes pride in offering excellent service and managing household tasks with precision.
As a Domestic Couple, you will share responsibilities for the overall maintenance and smooth operation of the residence. The household is supported by rotational staff, and you will coordinate with external vendors and additional staff when necessary.
Household and Interior Management:
Oversee daily cleaning and housekeeping tasks.
Manage laundry and wardrobe organization.
Keep track of household supplies and inventory.
Prepare light meals or collaborate with private chefs when available.
Offer support during visits or extended family stays.
Property Oversight:
Ensure daily maintenance of the property’s gardens and grounds.
Supervise swimming pool care and maintenance.
Coordinate with landscapers and contractors for property upkeep.
Maintain plant care and assist with occasional gardening tasks.
Monitor security systems to ensure safety and efficiency.
Manage deliveries and oversee any on-site renovation projects.
Household Administration:
Work closely with seasonal and rotational staff members.
Coordinate with service providers and ensure their tasks are completed.
Report property updates and maintenance needs to the principal during off-season.
Provide house-sitting services and manage the home while the principal travels.
Assist with seasonal transitions (summer/winter).
Event Support:
Prepare and reset the home for private dinners or small events.
Support guest services during events.
Ensure the smooth running of events before, during, and after.
At least 5 years of experience as a Domestic Couple or in similar high-end household roles.
Background working in HNW/private residences or luxury environments.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable with Crestron security systems.
High discretion, professionalism, and commitment to service excellence.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Both candidates must hold valid driving licenses.
