• Encourage positive behavior, emotional regulation, and consistency through gentle, developmentally appropriate discipline.
• Prepare healthy meals and snacks aligned with family dietary guidelines.
• Maintain all child-related areas, keeping spaces clean, organized, and ready at all times.
• Accompany the child to activities, appointments, and local outings, ensuring safety and enrichment.

Household Support

• Manage the household’s weekly stipend and designated budgets, ensuring accurate tracking and timely reporting.
• Coordinate errands, organization projects, and communication with approved vendors or service providers.
• Keep the home tidy, secure, and guest-ready.
• Maintain the household calendar, assist with appointment scheduling, and support travel arrangements.
• Anticipate household needs and propose solutions before issues arise.
• Uphold confidentiality, privacy, and operational standards required in a high-net-worth residence.

Travel & Flexibility

• Travel with the family when needed, both domestically and internationally (destinations may include Dubai and Singapore).
• Provide extended coverage during employer travel periods (typically 1–2 weeks, with advance notice).
• Adapt to occasional changes in routine while keeping a calm, professional, and solution-oriented approach.
