A family is looking for an experienced nanny/household employee to care for their 2-year-old and 2-month-old children, coordinate daily routines, handle meal preparation, and take care of a 450 sqm property (300 sqm of which is living space).
The ideal candidate must be professional, discreet, and nurturing.
They will support the family by providing daily assistance and skillfully organizing the children’s daily lives. The position is located in Bazemont, Yvelines (78). This is a full-time permanent position, available as soon as possible.
**Job Duties and Responsibilities:**
Ensure the well-being and safety of the children until the parents return
Manage daily hygiene care: showers, baths, and toileting
Supervise daily routines: dressing, naps, activities, meals, etc.
Offer engaging and educational indoor and outdoor activities
Establish and maintain effective communication with the parents
Respect and adapt to the parents’ preferences regarding discipline, routines, activities, and living arrangements
General property maintenance: cleaning and tidying
Laundry management: washing, ironing, and organizing
Disinfection and organization of children’s playroom toys
Prepare meals for the children (including introducing solid foods): simple and nutritious cooking
Prepare dinner for the parents using a Thermomix
Occasional babysitting as requested
**Candidate Profile:**
Individual with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience
Passionate about early childhood care, experience with infants
Positive, dynamic, and nurturing personality
Reliable, responsible, and completely trustworthy, with an absolute focus on child safety
Organized and capable of working autonomously
Fluency in French required
Driver’s license (B) and own vehicle
Comfortable with dogs
Flexible
